우분투 7.10 설치 후 설정하기 (2) - (AWN)

이전 글에서 compiz fusion을 설치해 보았다.

이제 AWN이라는 프로그램을 설치해보겠는데,

AWN(Avant Window Navigator)는 Windows의 dock프로그램을 닮았다.

베릴과 AWN등의 프로그램이 다 설치되어있는 동영상을 보고 깔았기 때문에

처음에는 우분투를 설치하면 당연히 깔려 있는 줄 알았는데

조금 귀찮은 방법으로 설치를 해주어야 한다.

우선 sources.list를 편집해 주어야 한다.

터미널 창에

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

를 입력하고

맨 밑에

## Avant Window Navigator
deb http://download.tuxfamily.org/syzygy42/ feisty avant-window-navigator
deb-src http://download.tuxfamily.org/syzygy42/ feisty avant-window-navigator

를 입력한다.

그런후 키를 얻기위해

wget http://download.tuxfamily.org/syzygy42/8434D43A.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add -
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

를 순서대로 실행시켜 주고

sudo apt-get install avant-window-navigator-bzr
sudo apt-get install awn-core-applets-bzr

이 명령을 이용해 AWN과 추가 애플릿을 설치하면 된다.

라고 나와 있지만 나의 경우 키값만 받고

시스템 -> 관리 -> 시냅틱 꾸러미 관리자 -> avant로 검색 -> 설치 의 과정으로 했다.

깔기전에는 바탕화면에 달랑 하드 드라이브만 두개 있었는데

깐후에는 이것저것 움직이는 게 생겨서 한결 보기가 좋은것 같다.

처음에는 아무런 프로그램도 나와 있지 않은데

'프로그램' 에서 마우스로 drag&drop을 하면 추가가 된다.

p.s : 나의 경우 '사용하지 않을 경우 자동 숨김'을 설정하면 내려가서 올라올 생각을 안한다는

      단점이 있다.
